With credentials as a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist, I bring not just experience, but empathy, calm, and capable support.

  • The Mom Concierge offers the support of a personal assistant—without the full-time commitment, cost, or management. My services are flexible, virtual, and tailored to your specific needs, whether you’re a busy mom managing life at home or a business owner juggling operations behind the scenes.

    Instead of hiring and training someone, you get a trusted partner who can jump in quickly, handle the mental load, and help you stay organized, efficient, and supported. I bring nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare, deep attention to detail, and a strong understanding of what it means to juggle competing priorities—because I’ve done it myself.

    You only pay for the time and tasks you need, and I track everything transparently so you’re always in the loop.

  • Not at all! While The Mom Concierge was created with busy moms in mind, our services are for anyone who feels overwhelmed by the mental load of life, business, or both. Whether you're a dad, caregiver, entrepreneur, or just someone who needs a trusted right hand—we’re here to help.

  • Personal & Family Task Management and Small Business Support services start at $40/hour. I’ll customize a package based on your needs and provide an estimate of the hours required.

    Time is tracked down to the minute and shared with you via a Google Sheet that also shows the progress of your tasks—so you’re always in the loop.

  • All services are currently offered virtually so we can support clients wherever they are. That said, we're experts at making virtual feel personal, seamless, and highly customized. Local in-person options may be considered in the future—stay tuned!

  • Absolutely! I’m based on the East Coast (EST) and work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET. Much of the work I do can be completed independently once I know what you need—making it easy to support clients in any time zone. We’ll also find a convenient time to connect when real-time communication is needed.
